Sean was 22 and served with The Black Watch, 3rd Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Scotland when he died in action in Afghanistan.
He was killed during a fire fight with insurgents near Musa Qaleh in Helmand province, where he was serving as part of the battle group mentoring the Afghan National Army.
Sean has left his parents Janette and Allan who are devastated by the loss of there only child. Sean also left a wife Amanda whom he had only married in December 2008. and two sons leon and lewis who will never know there father
